Here On Zanzibar the New North Rebel 2011 has landed, directly from airport to the beach, packed out the colored back, First things we notice is the extra long zip all the way to the bottom, very easy to put use after a finished session.

When we get the first feel of the fabric, it' feels different then all kites we felt before, very soft (because of the coating and new material) and if you take a closer look you notice the double lined ripstop, extra strong, that's what we need here. The valve is also changed, a sliding system, don't know if it's gonna work, but first impression is good, also it has a non return valvue, so you can relaxed close the valve. Our local fisherman also was interested how the local staff inspected the new kite.

The kite feels light, also in the air, quick turning and smoother then 2010. very steady when riding, if you park the kite well in the powerzone it gives great power also in light winds. Climbs very quick and easy up to 12 o' clock. For more info we need to test it a bit more, but for now, we are happy to enjoy our new toys, great kite for a great place. Come to try...
